Microsoft Outlook has often eluded me, when people ask do I know how to use it, I am in generally not sure as I didn't really know what it was even though I had used it on many different occasions at different work places. So now I am wiser and as you would read in my previous quick blog bla bla I have totally enjoyed working with it today.
I would encourage anyone who owns a business to get on board with it as there are so many ways it can be useful. Here is just a handful to wet your appetite.

  • Email obliviously is a start, we all use and in most cases need to receive emails.
  • Calender is another of its advantages, to be able to place everything in and get reminders.
  • Task list to put all you need to do for the day, week and month.
  • Birthdays which give you a reminder also, so you will never forget a birthday again, or have no excuse.
  • All your contacts can be input as well.
  • You can color code all  your tasks and have then with different priority's.
  • One note is also available with it.

I think that there is no real negative things other than not being able to merge all information onto your Iphone or Ipads, well not at this stage anyway, I am sure there is a smart cookie who will figure it all out.

I really enjoyed using it as I find it has a very clean, clear cut and easy to read and use, its not fussy.

I really enjoyed today's class as you may have guessed.

God Bless

Okay so I have just done some exercises in Micro soft Outlook and it brings so many memories back from when I was working at Elders in Narrogin. My adrenaline was pumping having to organise so much in just the one day and ,more was being fired at us, ahh the good ole' days. I do miss that place and the people. I am really looking forward to sinking my teeth into a new job and adventure, with oodles of challenges, its getting exciting as my confidence grows and the time is nearer to when I can start applying for jobs.
Back to work, I just had to put my two cents worth about what I have just done, it was fun.

Hugs till then

Week Nine, and some classes are going to be winding down, so this means making sure we have all our work done and submitted. Today in my Electronic class I shall be finding out just how much I need to get done and up to date. Praise God for Teachers that have a whole lot of patience.

Easter has come and gone and mid term break is looming, which I am looking forward to. Haven't had one of those since 1984, yep I am old.

I have got my assessments in for Write Simple Documents and Customer service, so now I wait to see if I  need to re submit them for not doing them correctly. Sustainability is almost there just one more task and do my report up and present to the class and that will be all over red rover. Computing I am still trudging through my book and still have two more excercises to submit and then the assessments. MYOB I have nearly almost got there so head down and bottom up from now on.

At least at Mums house I should be able to concentrate to get things done. I will also be looking to apply for two jobs with in a Government Department, and that will take time also to gather my information together. Its all go, thankfully I don't have a social life. lol

Talk soon, must dash have oddles of work to do.

Hugsnblessings till then.
